Dear Knightville Neighbors,
On Wednesday, 6/15/16, at 5:30, some of us will gather at the 1st floor conference room of South Portland Housing Authority, 100 Waterman Drive, to hear a presentation by the architect of the proposed re-construction of 14 E Street. The property is now owned by the folks who operate the congregate housing facility at 20 E Street, next door to the subject property. They will propose to renovate the existing structure and add an addition to create new units similar to those at 20 E. While this is of interest mostly to those of us on the east end of E Street and the one house on F Street, it will likely involve a zoning variance so others may want to view this presentation as well. Along with the architect, some of the families of the current residents of 20 E will also be in attendance.
